He was the complete opposite of a pushy salesman—he was patient, informative, and gave me the space I needed to make my decision. He was extremely professional. My wife purchased a 2024 Genesis from Barrington BMW on February 16, 2026. Two vehicles were traded in on the Genesis.
Their business model excludes meeting with a Finance Manager. The sales transaction is handled by the salesperson.
Our salesperson was busy trying to complete another sale along with trying to service us at the same time. Errors and omissions in the necessary paperwork occurred as a result of the lack of oversight. To correct these errors, additional time was spent by us requesting items such as service contract agreements.

One of the best experiences purchasing a vehicle. No pressure, very accommodating and Celena was great at every step and very professional and easy to work with. She was able to get everything set up for our purchase on very short notice and my wife and I appreciate it very much. We will definitely be coming back to the dealership again.

Great service. Very helpful and responsive. A dealer I trust to take care of my BMW. I have a 2012 650i Xdrive which is my baby. The pick up and drop off service is invaluable and their service managers are fantastic.
I’m on my second BMW from the dealership. On the new car sale side, every single interaction was easy and they took care of me beyond belief. The service department is a whole another story. Every single time I call I talk with Bob and he rolls out the red carpet for me. He’s made adjustments to my appointments and keeps in constant communication with updated info in regards to the service on my car. I couldn’t possibly ask for anymore.
